We are looking for a passionate trainer, able to share his experience with enthusiasm, teach European standards and inspire learners towards development.
YOUR ROLE
You will be one of our school's key specialists, responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs for cleaners, foremen, and managers.
🔑 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and updating training programs, calendars and methodological materials.
• Conducting theoretical and practical lessons on cleaning technologies, hygiene, standards and services.
• Preparing tests, assessment sheets and class schedules.
• Development of training scenarios, methodologies and cleaning standards.
• Implementing sanitary norms and rules and monitoring their compliance during training.
• Analysis and adaptation of programs according to European standards (EFCI, ISSA, etc.).
• Coordinating the activities of guest assistants and trainers.
• Monitoring the quality of the educational process and collecting feedback from learners.
• Advising graduates on certification and subsequent employment.
• Participation in the final evaluation and issuance of graduate certificates.
• Constantly updating course content according to new technologies and industry trends.
• Higher education (preferably in the field of hotel management, cleaning, pedagogy, psychology or facility management).
• Experience working in cleaning companies, hotels, business centers or educational institutions.
• Knowledge of modern cleaning technologies, sanitary standards and quality principles.
• Pedagogical training or completed psychopedagogical module.
• Skills in developing educational programs and materials.
• Effective communication, structured thinking, ability to inspire and explain clearly.
