Preparing and delivering lessons according to the current school curriculum;
Assessing student progress through tests, written assignments, and ongoing observations;
Developing calendar plans and teaching projects;
Maintaining a positive educational climate in the classroom;
Adapting teaching methods according to the level and needs of students;
Preparing and updating school documents;
Effective collaboration with colleagues and the management of the educational institution.
Completed higher education in the specialized field;
Solid knowledge in the taught field;
Communication, organizational and classroom management skills;
Passion for education and desire to be involved in student training;
Experience in education is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Flexible teaching hours , between 9 and 18 hours per week;

The minimum payment amount varies depending on several factors (category / length of service) - from 8,000 lei.
