Job description

Our partner, a leader in the educational field specializing in the distribution of Cambridge products and educational books, is seeking a motivated B2B Manager to support growth and expansion in the B2B market by increasing sales and strengthening business relationships with partners and resellers.


Responsibility

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing Cambridge product sales: Developing the customer base, including schools, teachers, universities, and educational institutions.

  2. Market analysis and pricing adjustments: Monitoring competitors and adapting strategies to ensure product competitiveness.

  3. Promoting the Cambridge online platform: Providing the necessary support to customers for the effective use of the educational platform.

  4. Organizing events and fairs: Presenting products and providing technical and informational support to customers.

  5. Inventory management: Ensuring optimal provisioning and constant availability.

  6. Continuous professional development: Participating in Cambridge training programs to stay updated on new products and tools.

  7. Developing relationships with partners and resellers: Increasing sales through active collaboration and incentive campaigns.

  8. Monitoring and reporting performance: Tracking performance indicators (KPIs) and periodically reporting results.

Obligations

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or publishing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of market analysis and pricing adjustment based on competition.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to develop business relationships.

  • Organizational capability and efficient management of inventory and orders.

  • Experience in organizing events and trade fairs.

  • Good skills in using digital platforms.

  • Advanced proficiency in Romanian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
