CleanToBe Company invites trainers/teachers to collaborate to support staff training courses in the following areas:
professional cleaning,
hotel services,
facility management,
support services and customer relations.
Supporting theoretical and practical courses in the field of professional cleaning and hotel services;
Training staff on hygiene standards, cleaning methods and equipment use;
Teaching modules on employee motivation, communication and service culture;
Evaluating participants and providing feedback;
Collaborating on the development of educational content together with the CleanToBe team.
Completed higher education;
Active teaching experience in one of the following fields: hospitality, professional cleaning, work psychology, service staff training;
Work experience in hotels, cleaning companies or related fields (administrative services, facility management, etc.);
Applied knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards, modern cleaning technologies and the organization of activities within a hotel unit;
Teaching skills and development of educational materials;
Availability to support courses on topics such as:
staff motivation,
service culture,
effective communication and teamwork.
They are considered an advantage:
Experience in delivering training for hotel or cleaning company employees;
Knowledge of international quality standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO, hotel standards);
Knowledge of Romanian (advanced level) and/or English.
