Job description

Impact Academies & Camps is a children's IT academy, where we teach programming to children from 5 to 17 years old. Our goal is to help children and teenagers not only become consumers of technology, but also its creators, to teach them digital literacy, information technology, and soft skills. For our project, we are seeking programming teachers to teach teenagers aged 14-17.

Responsibility

Planning the educational process;
Conducting lectures on the basics of database development, including theoretical aspects and practical skills;
Providing students with additional consultations and support in mastering the material;
Interacting with colleagues for exchanging experiences and developing joint projects;
Working with different teaching styles and individual needs of students.

Obligations

- Fluent in programming languages for working with databases, such as SQL. - Experience in developing and supporting databases of various levels of complexity. - Knowledge of principles of database design and optimization of their performance. - Understanding of concepts and technologies related to Big Data and their application in database development. - Experience with tools and technologies for data visualization. - Knowledge of networking technologies and their impact on database operations. - Skills in teaching and communicating complex technical concepts. - Energetic and active individual, capable of organizing and motivating others, passionate about education. - Ability to present in front of an audience and communicate effectively with them. - Ability to work in a team. - Keeps up with trends in IT and GameDev. - Able to work part-time.
