has at least 2 years of work experience;
can determine the causes of a malfunction in a heating unit (boiler);
can perform boiler maintenance (prophylaxis);
can carry out the start-up and commissioning of the equipment;
advises the customer on equipment maintenance measures, anticipates failures.
