Participation in the development of architectural projects: concept, 2D plans, 3D models and technical documentation.
Carrying out field measurements and updating existing plans.
Preparation of technical drawings (plans, sections, facades, simple details).
Creating 3D visualizations for internal and client presentations.
Collaboration with senior architects and technical teams (structure, installations).
Adapting and improving proposed solutions based on feedback.
Collection of normative and technical information necessary for design.
Keeping your paperwork organized
Studies in architecture (undergraduate degree in progress or completed).
Knowledge of design program: ArchiCAD
3D modeling and representation skills (SketchUp, 5D, Twinmotion, Lumion — advantage).
Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to learn quickly.
Openness to feedback and desire for professional development.
Languages: RO — mandatory; RU — advantage; EN — intermediate level.
Mandatory portfolio (college projects or well-structured personal works).

Salary
• Indicative range: 10,000 – 16,000 MDL (depending on technical level and experience).
• Progressive growth based on results and involvement
Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
