Full coordination of architectural projects (concept → technical design → execution details).
Developing architectural concepts and optimizing functional and technical solutions.
Verification and validation of documentation prepared by junior architects and designers.
Interdisciplinary coordination with structural, installation, geotechnical, and urban planning engineers.
Direct communication with beneficiaries and presentation of architectural solutions.
Preparation of design tasks and documentation for approvals and authorizations.
Participation in site visits to verify compliance with the project.
Managing the project schedule and relationships with relevant institutions.
Ensuring compliance of projects with current regulations.
Higher education in architecture (bachelor's degree + master's degree is an advantage).
Minimum 5–7 years of practical experience in civil/industrial building design.
Advanced knowledge in ArchiCAD
Deep understanding of regulations (NCM, CUC).
Project management and technical team leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Solution-oriented, attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Languages: RO – advanced; RU – advantage; EN – intermediate or advanced (depending on projects).
Relevant portfolio required (built projects or complete documentation).
