HVAC Engineer (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
Design of IVC installations: schemes, calculations, sizing, plans, details, lists of quantities.
Choosing technical solutions (HVAC) depending on the building's purpose and energy efficiency requirements.
Coordination with architecture and structure (routes, openings, technical spaces, central heating, ventilation chambers).
Participation in site inspections / technical assistance (as needed).
Development of documents for project phases and bidding (BOQ, specifications).
Higher technical education (installations/energy/engineering).
Experience: min. 1–3 years (or junior with good basics + mentoring).
Knowledge of IVC design standards and practices.
AutoCAD mandatory; Revit MEP – advantage.
Advantage: technical certification certificate (significantly higher negotiable salary).
Complete social package, official contract, stability.

Work schedule
From 14,000-17,000 MDL net/month, negotiable depending on experience, skills and portfolio.
Technical certification certificate = major advantage and is directly reflected in the (higher) salary package, established individually, and the working conditions (work schedule) are also discussed individually.
Full-time, flexible schedule, hybrid format (4 days office/1 from home) established individually depending on projects and role.
