Electrical installation company is hiring a Team Leader to coordinate work teams (2–3 people) on projects executed on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Organization and coordination of the team on site
Distributing tasks and checking the quality of work
Execution of electrical works (wiring, routes, panels, connections)
Installation and connection of lighting fixtures, sockets and switches
Communication with the coordinating engineer
Materials management and compliance with security regulations.
Mandatory technical studies (Vocational school / Center of excellence / higher education in electrical engineering)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical installations
Previous experience as a team leader or senior electrician
Occasional availability for travel
Skills in reading schematics and designs.
Indicative income: 18,000 – 25,000 MDL (depending on experience and volume)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
