We're seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to ensure the operation and maintenance of our residential complex, which includes 88 apartments, an underground parking garage, and commercial space. The primary responsibility is the maintenance of the centralized boiler system, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
1. Performing maintenance work and periodic inspections of the boiler system, sanitary installations, and other mechanical systems.
2. Identifying and rapidly resolving technical issues.
3. Reading and interpreting manuals and technical diagrams.
4. Coordinating and overseeing external contractors when necessary.
5. Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
6. Support for minor administrative tasks related to building maintenance.
1. Technical studies in relevant fields: electrical, electronics, electrical engineering; power engineering.
2. Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar technical role.
3. Solid knowledge about boiler systems, plumbing, and general building systems.
4. Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication skills.
