Designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and industrial equipment
Monitoring and maintenance of technical equipment
Collaborating with the production team to optimize technical processes
Diagnosing and fixing mechanical defects
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Writing technical documentation and maintenance reports
Higher education in mechanical engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Solid knowledge of technical drawing and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Technical thinking and attention to details
Analysis and problem-solving skills for technical issues
Ability to work both individually and in a team
Efficient organization and time management
Clear communication and inter-departmental collaboration
Proactivity and initiative in identifying solutions
Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
Salary: from 12,000 lei + performance bonuses
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
