Development of architectural concepts for individual houses and residential projects
Preparation of architectural plans and technical documentation
Collaboration with the interior design team and construction department
Adjusting projects according to technical and execution requirements
Adapting projects to client requirements and current regulations
Participation in the optimization of technical and constructive solutions
Higher education in Architecture
Experience in architectural design (an advantage)
Minimum portfolio of completed works (academic or commercial projects)
Knowledge of programs: AutoCAD
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Communication and teamwork skills
