Development of urban plans according to legal and technical requirements.
Collaboration with architects, engineers and local authorities.
Preparation of the necessary documentation for permits and authorizations.

Higher education in the field of urban planning/architecture/construction.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Solid knowledge of urban planning legislation.
Skills in working with design programs (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or similar).
