Designing and developing architectural concepts for various projects
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
Creating detailed architectural plans and drawings
Overseeing and coordinating the construction process
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards
Working with the design team and other departments involved in the project
Monitoring and managing the project's budget and resources
Ensuring quality and safety at all stages of the project.
Architectural degree, technical-professional certification will be an advantage
Relevant experience in designing and coordinating architectural projects
Solid knowledge in construction and building materials
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team and coordinate resources
Creativity and the ability to find innovative solutions
Advanced knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and other relevant software
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
