You are an AutoCAD specialist eager to learn and actively contribute to designing evacuation plans for our French client's stores. If you enjoy working with attention to detail and being part of a vital process for the safety of commercial spaces, we warmly welcome you!
Your main missions will be:
• Developing evacuation plans for stores, in accordance with legal standards, including all necessary elements: evacuation routes, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, hydrants, signage, etc.
• Updating existing store plans in AutoCAD following changes in layout, compartmentalization, equipment, or renovation works.
• Creating technical façade plans, integrating architectural elements, logos, display windows, lighting, and other details according to brand requirements and regulations.
• Drawing mock-ups and graphic plans for internal use or for the files needed in the approval and authorization process of commercial spaces.
• Collaborating with internal teams (maintenance, expansion, retail) to collect the necessary technical information and to validate the plans.
• Managing and organizing the technical database, maintaining a logical and updated archive of all plans by location and version.
To succeed in this mission you will need:
• A completed higher technical education (architecture, construction, installations, or related fields);
• Relevant practical experience in using AutoCAD (an advantage);
• Good knowledge of French, minimum level B1;
• Good skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction documentation;
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy of drawings and plans;
• Competency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clear communication;
• Organizational spirit, focus on adhering to deadlines and efficient time management;
• Independence in completing tasks and responsibility in delivering results;
• Proactive attitude and openness to continuous learning and professional development.
