Job description

We are looking for an experienced, professional, responsible and passionate Chef-Coordinator to coordinate the culinary activity in the largest Rogob store.

Responsibility

  • Coordination of all activities in the kitchen area (organization, workflow, task distribution)

  • Preparing products according to internal recipes and Rogob standards

  • Ensuring product quality, freshness and presentation

  • Inventory monitoring, raw material management and order fulfillment

  • Compliance with hygiene, food safety standards and internal procedures

  • Training and guiding chefs and team helpers

  • Close collaboration with the store manager to streamline the activity

Obligations

  • Previous experience in the kitchen, preferably as a chef

  • Excellent knowledge of culinary processes and food hygiene standards

  • Organization, planning and team coordination skills

  • Responsibility, seriousness and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a dynamic pace and quality orientation
