We are looking for an experienced, professional, responsible and passionate Chef-Coordinator to coordinate the culinary activity in the largest Rogob store.
Coordination of all activities in the kitchen area (organization, workflow, task distribution)
Preparing products according to internal recipes and Rogob standards
Ensuring product quality, freshness and presentation
Inventory monitoring, raw material management and order fulfillment
Compliance with hygiene, food safety standards and internal procedures
Training and guiding chefs and team helpers
Close collaboration with the store manager to streamline the activity
Previous experience in the kitchen, preferably as a chef
Excellent knowledge of culinary processes and food hygiene standards
Organization, planning and team coordination skills
Responsibility, seriousness and attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic pace and quality orientation
