About the role:

AssistMatch is recruiting for its client – a retail company with an extensive network of locations across the country – a dedicated Training Technologist who will contribute to the implementation of quality standards and to the on-the-ground training of the staff.
Development and updating of menus (food and beverages);
Creating technological sheets and defining preparation standards;
Implementing technological processes in the Food areas of the network;
Training and developing location teams;
Checking the application of HACCP norms and hygiene rules;
Monitoring the quality of products and preparation processes;
Active participation in opening new locations: training + operational support.
Completed studies in food technology, nutrition, gastronomy, or a similar field;
Practical experience in a relevant role: technologist, head chef, or trainer;
Knowledge of food technology processes and HACCP;
Clear communication and training skills – you will work directly with teams at locations;
Good MS Office knowledge and analytical and planning skills;
Category B driving license and availability for travel;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
