About the role:
Are you passionate about quality gastronomy and wish to make a real impact on the development of teams in the HoReCa field?
AssistMatch is recruiting for its client – a retail company with an extensive network of locations across the country – a dedicated Training Technologist who will contribute to the implementation of quality standards and to the on-the-ground training of the staff.

Responsibility

  • Development and updating of menus (food and beverages);

  • Creating technological sheets and defining preparation standards;

  • Implementing technological processes in the Food areas of the network;

  • Training and developing location teams;

  • Checking the application of HACCP norms and hygiene rules;

  • Monitoring the quality of products and preparation processes;

  • Active participation in opening new locations: training + operational support.

Obligations

  • Completed studies in food technology, nutrition, gastronomy, or a similar field;

  • Practical experience in a relevant role: technologist, head chef, or trainer;

  • Knowledge of food technology processes and HACCP;

  • Clear communication and training skills – you will work directly with teams at locations;

  • Good MS Office knowledge and analytical and planning skills;

  • Category B driving license and availability for travel;

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, a proactive attitude and attention to detail.

  • Flexible program: 20% office work, 80% activity in network locations.
