Head Pastry Chef / Technologist (Dessert Production)
AssistMatch is looking for a Head Pastry Chef who is eager to actively contribute to the development of the product line in a stable and modern retail company. You will have creative freedom and complete control over the production process – from the idea to implementation.
-Creation and launch of new desserts, seasonal collections, and special offers;
-Development of technical sheets and control of production costs;
-Organization and monitoring of all production stages;
Direct involvement in the preparation and decoration of products;
-Management of inventory and raw material orders;
Training and supervising staff, ensuring product quality;
-Optimization of processes to increase efficiency and taste quality.
-Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Pastry Chef, Head Chef, or Technologist in dessert production;
-Strong knowledge in modern pastry, decoration, and production cost calculation (food cost);
-Ability to create technological sheets, quality control, and production tracking;
-Capacity to coordinate a team, train and delegate effectively;
