Bomond — new restaurant in PortMall with multi-concept cuisine: European, Asian, pizza, sushi. We are looking for a sous-chef who will be the right hand of the team — organized, quick in decisions and with his own vision.
Coordination of kitchen activities in the absence of the Chef
Monitoring compliance with recipes and standards
Training and support of the kitchen team.
Experience in a similar position or as a senior chef is required.
