Sous-Chef — Bomond Kitchen & Bar

Bomond — new restaurant in PortMall with multi-concept cuisine: European, Asian, pizza, sushi. We are looking for a sous-chef who will be the right hand of the team — organized, quick in decisions and with his own vision.

Responsibility

  • Coordination of kitchen activities in the absence of the Chef

  • Monitoring compliance with recipes and standards

  • Training and support of the kitchen team.

Obligations

  • Experience in a similar position or as a senior chef is required.

  • Coordination and teamwork skills

  • Organization and responsibility.
