We are seeking a leader who is ready to bring their culinary ideas to life and create dishes that will delight our guests.
Coordinating the entire kitchen activity and supervising the culinary team;
Planning the menu in collaboration with management, adhering to quality standards and culinary trends;
Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes according to established recipes;
Training, motivating, and evaluating the kitchen team
Organizing and managing the stock of raw materials (ordering, receiving, storing);
Optimizing costs and reducing food waste.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a café or restaurant as a Head Chef;
Coordinating the entire kitchen activity and supervising the culinary team;
Planning the menu in collaboration with the management, respecting quality standards and culinary trends;
Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes according to established recipes;
Organizing and managing stocks of raw materials (ordering, receiving, storage);
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards;
Training, motivating, and evaluating the kitchen team;
Optimizing costs and reducing food wastage;
Maintaining a professional relationship with other colleagues and participating in operational meetings.
