Chef / Cook
Prepare the ingredients and cook the dishes according to the menu;
Adhere to the cooking times, temperatures, and established recipes;
Ensure that the plates are correctly presented before serving;
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and sanitize the used equipment;
Check the freshness of the ingredients and report any non-conformities.
Experience and studies in the field;
Solid knowledge in hygiene and food safety;
Speed, efficiency, and attention to detail;
Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Passion for cooking and a desire to continuously learn.
