Mercure Hotel is expanding its culinary team and is looking for a talented and organized Sous Chef to help create a high-level culinary experience for our guests. Supporting the Executive Chef in coordinating kitchen activity
Organizing workflow and distributing tasks within the team
Preparing dishes to high quality standards
Supervising cooking, plating and serving processes
Stock management, product reception and inventory
Training and motivating kitchen staff
Ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
Relevant experience in similar positions (Sous Chef / Chef de Partie)
Solid knowledge in culinary techniques and international gastronomy
Excellent organization and team coordination ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Hygiene, attention to detail and responsibility
Creativity in menu creation and modern presentations
