We are looking for a technologist for the production of whole dairy products to join the team of a large, dynamic and professional international company.
Supervision and control of the production process of whole milk products;
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and technological norms in production;
Monitoring raw materials and finished products to guarantee their quality;
Development and implementation of recipes and technological procedures;
Optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and reduce losses;
Collaborating with the production team to train and guide staff;
Identifying and resolving technical or quality problems arising in the production process;
Preparing periodic reports on laboratory and production activity;
Participation in the development of new products or the improvement of existing ones;
Compliance with occupational hygiene and safety rules at all stages of production.
Specialized higher education;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
PC operation (Microsoft Office package and specific programs);
Analysis and critical thinking, responsibility and communication skills;
Orientation towards quality and compliance with technological standards.
