Organizing the daily activities in the dining area;
Overseeing the work of the waiters, servers, and bartenders;
Delegating tasks to the staff on shift;
Monitoring the service provided to customers;
Checking the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area;
Collaborating with the kitchen;
Managing the stock and inventory in the dining area.
Fluent communication in Romanian and Russian;
Ability to organize the team's activities and personal workday;
Organizational and communication skills.
Official employment;
Social package.
800 - 1000 MDL per day.
Full-time work schedule.
