Responsibility

1) Baker/Confectioner at the "La Mămuca" Production Section - the process of preparing bakery products. 2) Baker/Confectioner for one of the "La Mămuca" Pretzel Shops/Bakeries in Chișinău - the baking process. Responsibilities: - Adherence to established recipes and technological processes; - Maintenance of work hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements for the candidate: - Education and experience in the field - an advantage; - Medically fit (medical check-up for public catering); - Passionate about preparing bakery products; - Energetic, diligent, and positive, ready for new challenges; - Knowledge of languages: Romanian and Russian. Work schedule: - For the production process: day shift: (07:00-19:00), minimum 2/2-maximum 5 days a week; - For the baking process: (06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00), 2/2.
