Administrator of the Central Business District

Responsibility

  • Organizing daily activities in the sales room;

  • Placing merchandise orders;

  • Planning, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of subordinate employees;

  • Managing unforeseen situations and resolving conflicts that arise in the store.

Obligations

  • Secondary specialized studies (higher education is an advantage);

  • Retail sales experience is an advantage;

  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

  • Proficiency in using MS Office;

  • Organizational skills and excellent communication abilities;

  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities.
