In this role, you will ensure the stable operation of equipment through timely maintenance, quick and correct repairs, KIP checks, mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic interventions, as well as label printer maintenance. You will take over and direct technical requests, including those related to buildings and utilities, collaborate with service companies, and organize/monitor the washing and maintenance of hotels and ventilation systems.
Preventive maintenance and repairs for kitchen and bakery equipment (hearth/rotary ovens, mixers, mincers, ice machines, cold rooms, dosing/extrusion, etc.).
Periodic checks: lubrication, belts, seals, filters, descaling, draft/extinguishing checks on hoods, KIP/scale calibration.
Rapid diagnosis and interventions, replacement of subassemblies (heating elements, sensors, pumps, fans).
Monitoring and organizing hotel cleaning/ventilation (daily–semi-annually).
Managing requests via phone/chat/Helpdesk/CMMS; receiving work from service providers.
Checking and maintaining label printers (TTR).
What we offer

Minimum 3 years of experience on professional HoReCa/retail equipment.
Electrical/hydraulic and basic pneumatic knowledge; working with multimeter and tools.
Electrical safety certificate II–III; category B license; availability for travel.
