· Preparing the establishment for opening and closing;
· Table setting, ensuring the cleanliness of the hall;
· Knowledge of etiquette and service standards in the premium segment;
· Responsible approach to learning the menu (bar, main);
· Possession of sales skills;
· Consulting guests, assisting in the selection of dishes and beverages;
· Serving dishes and drinks,
· Creating a hospitable atmosphere;
· Complying with hygiene rules and standards;
· Working with the Trio Bar system.
· At least one year of experience preferred;
· Professional attitude toward the profession of a waiter;
· Articulate, attractive, and appetizing presentation of our chefs' dishes;
· Creating a friendly and cozy atmosphere for guests.
· Ability to learn, with a desire to grow and develop;
· Communication skills in working with guests;
· Diplomacy and non-confrontational;
· Neat appearance.
