intermediate professional studies in the field of public catering;
professional experience - an advantage;
knowledge of culinary technology, hygiene standards and rules, and techniques for preserving food and culinary products;
types of technological installations and the principles of their operation;
ability to work in a team;
responsibility, punctuality, customer-oriented;
proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages.
