"Barman-Administrator". With a work experience of at least 3 years in the HoReCa field, experience as an administrator will be prioritized. Who is this "Barman-Administrator" for us? They are the CORE OF OPERATIONAL ACTIVITY in the restaurant. They are the COORDINATOR who knows at any moment where their subordinates are and how their tasks are being fulfilled. He(She) must light the fire in the hearts of our team, love our guests, just like THEY LOVE THEIR OWN MOTHER.
