We are looking for a passionate, organized and results-oriented Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of our Mercure Chisinau Center Jazz (Accor) hotel and ensure an excellent culinary experience for guests.
Coordinate daily kitchen operations
- Ensure menus are correctly priced and profitable
- Manage the kitchen team: recruitment, training, motivation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and Mercure/Accor brand standards
- Collaborate with other departments (Restaurant, Banqueting, Management, Finance)
Leadership and the ability to motivate and build a team
Organization, rigor, results orientation
Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure (peak hours, large groups)
Culinary creativity, but also orientation towards efficiency and simplicity in a business context
Clear communication and close collaboration with other departments
Foreign languages - Romanian - mandatory
Russian – advantage
English – important advantage (Accor internal communication, menus, international corporate events).

Presence in particular:
- At breakfast (organization and verification), periodically

- Availability on weekends and holidays, depending on the hotel's operational needs
