Responsibility

  • Organizing daily activity in the trading floor;

  • Placing freight orders;

  • Planning, monitoring and evaluating the activity of subordinate employees;

  • Managing unforeseen situations and resolving conflicts that arise within the store.

Obligations

  • Secondary specialized studies (higher studies are an advantage);

  • Experience in retail sales is an advantage;

  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

  • Knowledge of using MS Office;

  • Organizational skills and excellent communication skills;

  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities.
