ÎCS "DAW BENTA MOL" LLC, a CAPAROL Brand distributor in the Republic of Moldova, is seeking the right candidate for the position of ADHESIVE PRODUCTION OPERATOR.
Ensures the provisioning of workstations/equipment with raw materials and semi-finished products, carries out the transport of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products along designated routes and pathways, and operates the mixing and packaging machines within the Adhesives Factory;
Performs specific operating activities within the production line;
Is responsible for monitoring and adjusting the machine tools in the technological line;
Actively works as an operator on these technological lines,
Additionally, fulfills the role of storekeeper in the raw material warehouse and planner-tracker of production depending on staff rotations and availability at the time;
Participates in the verification of received goods, in terms of quality and quantity;
Engages in loading/unloading operations, and handling of raw and final materials;
Takes part in the inventory of stock;
Prepares goods for delivery, in accordance with the documents;
Arranges raw materials and goods in the warehouse.
With pronounced physical abilities and endurance to effort;
Experience working on a forklift is welcome;
Technical or professional studies;
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar production position;
No criminal record entries;
Knowledge of the Romanian language: spoken, written;
Skills in adjusting, monitoring machinery, and programming industrial robots;
Ability to concentrate, general intelligence, focused attention, dexterity, reaction speed, precision in execution, visual sharpness, technical verbal understanding;
Behavioral requirements: emotional stability, ability to follow and effectively control multiple issues at once, resistance to sustained physical and emotional effort, team-working capacity.
Subordinate to the Production Manager position;
Guaranteed salary and social package, 100% official;
Provided lunch at the table.
Salary will be determined during the interview.
Work 8 hours/day; 5 days a week Monday - Friday.
