Build core HR processes and operating model (people lifecycle, policies, workflows)
Strengthen management practices and people leadership standards across teams
Improve retention and reduce turnover through practical programs and manager enablement
Own and scale recruitment across multiple locations - from hiring strategy to execution
Build and lead the recruitment function (manage recruiters, define sourcing strategy, improve funnel metrics)
Employee relations - handling sensitive cases, conflict resolution, compliance and fairness
Learning & development - launching baseline training routines for managers and teams
Implement and administer HRIS - PeopleForce or BambooHR (configuration, workflows, reporting)
We are looking for a proactive, high-ownership HR Manager / Head of HR to build and launch a modern HR function from the ground up. This role starts hands-on, and evolves into building a full HR function and team as the company grows. You will have direct access to leadership and full support from top management to implement changes.
What we expect (must-have)
3+ years in HR (HR Manager, People Ops, HRBP, Head of HR in SMB/scale-up environment)
English B2+ is a must (daily communication)
Hands-on experience with PeopleForce or BambooHR as an admin (setup/configuration, workflows, reporting)
Proven recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring) and ability to scale hiring with a structured approach
Ability to build HR processes, not only maintain HR operations
Strong stakeholder management - influence leaders and drive adoption
Proactive mindset, ownership, ability to work independently and bring structure
Nice-to-have
Experience in sales-heavy or customer-facing environments
Experience hiring internationally / across multiple countries
Experience launching L&D programs and manager training
Multi-location collaboration experience
Direct access to the COO and full support from top management to implement changes.
