Clean&Clean is hiring: HR manager, Recruitment , Office in the Center

The company "CLEAN&CLEAN", one of the leaders on the market of the Republic of Moldova in the "cleaning service" chapter, with experience in the field of cleaning services for more than 10 years, announces a vacancy for the position of Human Resources Manager

Responsibility

  • Management and archiving of personnel documents;

  • Managing correspondence for the Human Resources Department (Personnel and Payroll Administration) Preparing department-specific statements/reports;

  • Records of various certificates requested by company employees;

  • Maintaining a close and professional relationship with other departments;

  • Tracking the flow of documents specific to human resources activity (150 employees);

  • Keeps records of the expiration of aptitude certificates/medical certificates (occupational medicine) and maintains the relationship with the OHS and Emergency Department;

  • Managing the recruitment process;

  • Create internal/external ads, select the most appropriate recruitment channels, post recruitment ads;

  • Selects CVs, schedules interviews/tests/samples, conducts interviews, sends feedback to candidates/departments, etc.; Constantly updates internal databases;

  • Monitor the integration of new employees;

  • Other activities specific to the Human Resources field.

Obligations

  • Graduate of higher education;

  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation;

  • Work experience in the field of human resources - minimum 1 year; experience in the production/services area is an advantage;

  • Work experience in the 1-C program

  • Relevant experience in using recruitment and selection tools (recruitment platforms, interview techniques, competency/personality tests, etc.) Ability to follow and solve multiple recruitment/selection projects in parallel;

  • Ability to effectively manage time and priorities (meet deadlines and complete tasks quickly);

  • Very good organizational, communication, presentation and people skills;

  • Ability to observe and analyze behavior;

  • Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook);

  • Advanced knowledge of Russian and Romanian - written/spoken;

Working conditions

  • Working hours - Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
