Senior Specialist (indefinite period), Department of Personnel Evaluation, Training and Motivation, General Directorate of Human Resources

The purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description:

Ensures the correct application of policies and procedures regarding the evaluation of professional performance and

the salary of the staff of the National Social Insurance House, contributing to the improvement of the process.

The basic tasks of the vacant public position, according to the job description:

Carrying out activities related to granting salary rights to employees of the National House of

Social insurance.

Records of data and documents regarding the financial and non-financial motivation of the House's employees

National Social Security Fund.

Contributes to the implementation of activities related to the evaluation of the professional performance of civil servants

public.

Providing informational and methodological assistance in the field of motivation and performance evaluation

professional qualifications of employees of the National Social Insurance House.

Conditions for participating in the competition:

a. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

b. possesses the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory in

the limits established by law;

c. has full capacity to exercise;

d. has not reached the age of 63;

e. is fit, in terms of health, to exercise public office, according to

the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if they are required for the respective position

special health requirements established;

f. has the necessary studies required for the respective public function;

g. in the last 5 years has not been dismissed from a public position according to art. 64 para. (1) lett. a) and b) or does not take

individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;

h. has no unexpired criminal record for crimes committed intentionally;

a. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise a certain activity, as

basic or complementary punishment, as a result of the final court sentence by which

ordered this ban;

j. is not prohibited from holding a public office or public dignity, which derives from an act of

finding of the National Integrity Authority.

Responsibility

Obligations

Specific requirements for participation in the competition:

Studies:

Higher, bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of human resources management,

public administration, law, psychology;

Professional development courses in the field of human resources management and administration

public.

Professional experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field

Knowledge:

Knowledge of the legislation in the field;

Knowledge of the field of strategic human resources management;

Knowledge of effective personnel policies and procedures, as well as positive national and international practices

from abroad in the field;

Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.

Skills: Skills in working with information, planning, organizing, decision-making, analysis and synthesis,

document development, argumentation, presentation, training, motivation, self- and team mobilization,

problem solving, conflict resolution, effective communication.

Attitudes/Behavior: Respect for people, spirit of initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility,

discipline, responsibility, resistance to effort and stress, tendency towards development

Copy of work record, certificates regarding professional activity carried out after January 1

2019 may be replaced by the self-declaration. In this case, the candidate is required to complete

the competition file with the original document within a maximum period of 10 days from the date on which it was declared

winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.

Criminal record or Affidavit

The criminal record may be replaced by a self-declaration. In this case, the candidate is obliged to

complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 calendar days from

the date on which he was declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.
