We're looking for an HR Specialist to help us build a strong team of real estate agents and provide them with genuine support in their professional development.
- You'll recruit real estate agents – ads, selection, interviews;
- You’ll organize and conduct sales training sessions for new employees;
- You’ll offer practical support to agents
– mentoring, field feedback.
- Experience in HR or recruitment;
- Sales experience;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
