Organizing and conducting recruitment and selection processes
Coordination of the onboarding process of new employee
Management of personnel documentation according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Moldova
Monitoring employee records and updating staffing schemes
Participation in employee performance evaluation and professional development
Higher education in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR
Experience in using 1C and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
