Developing and implementing the company's human resources strategy
Coordination of recruitment, administration, development and payroll activities
Ensuring documentation and compliance with labor legislation
Managing employee evaluation, motivation and development processes
Higher education in human resources, psychology, management or labor law
3-5 years of experience in human resources
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian
Knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Office (Excel – advanced), CRM, Google Workspace
