We are looking for an initiative, proactive and passionate HR Specialist, who will become a strategic partner for management and a support for the team.
Coordination of the adaptation process and probation period for new employees
Introducing job candidates and providing necessary information about the company
Organizing internal events and activities for employees
Keeping records of personnel (hiring, leaving the company)
Administration of personnel documentation (employment contracts, job descriptions, additional documents, decisions, certificates)
Involvement in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, updating the database)
Work experience in HR
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
Work in a large and diversified holding company with a solid reputation and ambitious goals
Modern and comfortable office in Buiucani sector
