As the Head of Human Resources, you will shape our culture, drive talent strategy, and ensure an outstanding employee experience.
Lead and develop a small HR team, fostering growth and excellence. • Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals. • Oversee core HR functions: recruitment, performance, employee relations, compensation & benefits, L&D, and overall HR operations. • Partner with managers to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development. • Drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives, building a positive and inclusive culture. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights, measure impact, and support decision-making. • Support change management and succession planning to strengthen organizational resilience. • Represent the company externally to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
3-5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry/sector
Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, employment laws and regulations
Verified experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success
Proven track record in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, employee continuous learning and development.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
