Reading people: conducting in-depth interviews, assessing the soft skills and potential of a candidate even before they finish their first sentence.
Maintain a database: work in a CRM system (we love order and automation).
You have experience in active sales or "aggressive" recruiting.
You understand that HR is about results (a closed position), not about a process.
You have high empathy, but still maintain a cool head when assessing skills.
The word "cold prospecting" doesn't scare you - for you it's a challenge and an opportunity to demonstrate your talent for persuasion.
You can speak Russian and Romanian fluently and fluently.
