Recruitment and selection of personnel, including drafting and publishing job advertisements,
Managing the onboarding process for new employees
Preparation and management of personnel documentation (contracts, job descriptions, personal files)
Developing and implementing human resources policies in accordance with labor legislation
Monitoring and evaluating employee performance
Ensuring effective communication between management and employees
Organizing and coordinating training and professional development activities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources,
Higher education in human resources, psychology or related fields
Solid knowledge of labor law and HR procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Advanced PC operating skills (MS Office, HR applications).
