· Development, verification, analysis, and updating of plans, estimates, and other technical documentation related to construction projects;

· Coordination and supervision of construction activities on-site, in accordance with the project plans;

· Ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality for each project;

· Collaborating with teams of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work;

· Checking the compliance with safety standards and occupational safety and health;

· Monitoring and reporting the progress of the construction site to the project manager;

· Identifying and solving potential technical problems that arise during the execution of works;

· Implementation and compliance with quality norms and current regulations.

· Preparation of periodic progress reports, as well as documents confirming the completion of works

·       Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar specialization.

·       Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position in the construction field.

·       Solid knowledge of project management and use of specific software (AutoCAD, WinSmeta, etc.).

·       Excellent organizational skills and coordination of work teams.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·       Knowledge of construction legislation and specific regulations.

·       Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

·      Driving license category B (preferable).
