We're seeking the most ambitious IT Lead Developer for our team.
Setting up an IT services center for the Magnetec Group in Moldova;
Assembling a team of IT developers;
Updating the current abas ERP system not just technically, but also in terms of business processes;
Promoting the adoption of artificial intelligence-based workflows, including establishing and maintaining databases for key company knowledge/data;
Developing company-owned applications and linking them with the appropriate tools;
Facilitating office staff projects for process improvement or automation (record-keeping, order/invoicing process, etc.);
Second-level support for IT managers at various locations.
You have a higher education degree in the ICT field;
Knowledge of the state language is mandatory;
You are proficient in English – advanced level;
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field;
Advanced knowledge of business processes, C#, M365, PowerBI, Java or Python;
You are willing to travel
