Receiving and recording requests and orders;
Sending documents to clients;
Entering and updating data in internal systems;
Collaborating with other departments to resolve client requests.

Basic technical knowledge is required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), as well as the ability to write clearly, structured, and coherently;
