Daily website management: content updates (texts, product descriptions, images), keeping the shopping cart functional and accurate (e.g., validating the site policy, empty cart, etc.)
User-experience optimization: analyzing user feedback and suggesting improvements (e.g., site speed, clarity of information, checkout process).
Working with clients and the team.
Experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce sites or other web platforms;
Distributed attention between textual content, graphics, and technical functionality — all have an impact on customers;
Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, proactive mindset, and collaboration-oriented.
