Identifying and resolving technical issues related to equipment and software configuration;
Consulting with customers on system configuration;
Working with clients over the phone and remotely connecting to objects;
Verifying the operation of the equipment according to the declared characteristics.
We will be delighted to have you on our team if you have:
Technical education;
Perfect knowledge of Russian and Romanian at written and conversational level;
Experience in installing Windows operating system and software;
Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP);
Network equipment configuration and routing skills;
Interest in security systems (access control, video surveillance, security alarms, intercoms);
Responsibility for the work performed;
Customer orientation;
Attention to detail and desire to learn.
