We are looking for a Mid/Senior Go Backend Engineer for a social/enterprise tools product, built on microservices architecture. Role with real impact in defining standards and delivering a scalable platform.
Microservices implementation in Go (clean architecture, DDD where it makes sense)
API contracts: REST + gRPC, versioning, backward compatibility
Integration with: PostgreSQL, Redis, message broker (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
SLO/SLI, observability: OpenTelemetry, Grafana/Prometheus, ELK
Contribution to CI/CD, automation, delivery standards
Solid backend experience with Go• Microservices: service boundaries, API contracts, resilience patterns
Experience with PostgreSQL (or equivalent), caching, message brokers
Testing: unit + integration, code review discipline
Nice to have
Kubernetes/Helm, OpenTelemetry, Kafka, advanced CI/CD, security (JWT/OAuth2)
